We would always prefer to supply our domestic and commercial customers with a free of charge fixed price quotation so you know the cost of works before you give us the go ahead. We guarantee that unless a customer increases the amount of works that was originally allowed for, our fixed quotations will remain fixed with no hidden charges to surprise you at a later date.
We appreciate that some customers have works that are a matter of urgency and have time restrictions, so a fixed quotation may not be possible prior to the commencement of works. In these instances there is a minimum charge of one hour from time of arrival, thereafter work is charged in 30 minute increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials.
